Very appreciative and informed
We had serval company's come out and quote our job. Derrick was very professional and explained everything that the installers would be doing. I will say that the quote was to have my 30 year old duct work removed and new duct installed. The quote was the middle of the road out of all the company's. The installers were on time everyday and also were extremely professional. I will use them again and recommend them.
Thank you guys so much for helping my family and I with our air conditioner. Everything works perfectly and we are happy to have our AC back on!

In my experience they do a bunch of things right. They pick up the phone when you call. They text you ahead of time details to know about their visit out. They give you tons of options to figure out exactly what works for your situation. They explain everything in as much detail as you ask.
Really great attitude on site and extremely professional service. I've never met the owners but they should be very proud of the company they have built.

The whole team at Carolina Climate Control was top notch. Unlike the other providers in the area, CCC was able to get a diagnostic pro out to my house, determine what the issue was, provide a quote for installation, and get a whole new system installed all in about 24 hours. I was only without AC in the heat of summer for a single day thanks to CCC's quick turnaround. The team that installed my system was very professional, knowledgable, and answered any questions I had. I'm beyond satisfied with their service and will be a lifetime customer.
