The whole team at Carolina Climate Control was top notch. Unlike the other providers in the area, CCC was able to get a diagnostic pro out to my house, determine what the issue was, provide a quote for installation, and get a whole new system installed all in about 24 hours. I was only without AC in the heat of summer for a single day thanks to CCC's quick turnaround. The team that installed my system was very professional, knowledgable, and answered any questions I had. I'm beyond satisfied with their service and will be a lifetime customer.

I work from home so it when my air kicked I was concerned about the time to fix it. I called and they had someone come look that day. I got my air returned me by 1030 on Thursday!! This place is amazing!!!

We started having A/C problems last week. House was getting hotter than outside. We decided to call Carolina Climate Control after checking several places on line and reading most of the reviews left and we decided on Carolina Climate. We called at 8 30am on Wednesday 13th and we got ana appt between 12pm/4pm the same day. We got an email with the picture and name of the person that would b coming to inspect our A/C. Hunter Cooke was that person. As soon as he got here he went up to the Attic and started his inspection. About 30mins later he came down and gave us a report. It wasn't good but he was honest to what was going on with our system cause we already knew what the problem was. After asking questions and Hunter doing a lot of explanation we decided to go with their A/C system. Installation will b tomorrow morning around 8 30am. Hunter gave us the confidence we were looking for. Thank u very much Hunter we appreciate ur assistance.
The team that came out was amazing, they were punctual and professional. They even took the time to explain everything to me and what they would be doing to fix my AC!
Derrick at the Greenville office has always been so helpful! When our A/C died in our new home (in the heat of summer), he was quick to come up with options and quotes. Once we made our decision, he was prompt with getting it installed ASAP and following up multiple times to make sure everything was working just as it should. He set us up with a service plan and checks on us and services us right before summer and again right before winter. I never hesitate to call Carolina Climate Control or recommend them to my friends!
The team was great. Professional & responsive. Explained everything to us. They also offer financing if you need it. Had the AC for a couple of days and it works great! Highly recommend the Greenville team.
