Excellent service. Furnace went out on a Sunday. Called Carolina Climate Control and was pleased to get an actual person, not a series of questions and rerouting. They referred me directly to the technician on call and they setup an appointment 8am Monday morning. Simple as that. Monday morning 5 minutes to 8, Andy the service tech was ready to go. He was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and prepared a fair quote with multiple options. He returned later the same day with the OEM part and completed the installation. He also checked other areas in the system and noted areas of future concern. He told me that the company is relatively new to the Greenville area but has been in Charlston for many years. Good people, punctual, honest pricing and quotes. I would recommend you call Carolina Climate Control for your HVAC needs.
Our heating went out at Christmas, we called several different companies and Derrick and his team were by far the most responsive. After diagnosing the problem, we were given several options and replacing was the best option. New unit installed and back to work we went.

It has been quite some time since I have gotten the type of service these guys provided today. Honestly, these guys were very quick to listen to my needs and very fast to correct and repair my geothermal system. It was great to experience this type of service again!!
