Josh, Ryan, and Ned did a phenomenal job with my new state of the art geothermal system. They also demolished and replaced the system and ductwork. In an age when you don't know who to trust, you can trust your property to taken care of by Carolina Climate Control.
They were very responsive, thoroughly evaluated the issue, though they had to order a part, they charged the system to keep us comfortable in the meantime, the guys were very professional and efficient!

I had to have my entire HVAC system replaced and that is a very costly system to have installed. They worked well with me and gave me a good price and everything was installed in just two days after we found out it was broken. The initial consultation and estimate gentleman was absolutely amazing and very professional, personable, and gave us exactly what we needed instead of pressuring us into a much more expensive system. And then the two gentlemen that came two days later and installed the entire system were amazing as well. Very friendly and kind and professional and they all know exactly what they're doing. This place is the only place I'm ever going to call for any HVAC issues I have! UPDATE: On 9/19/23.... Colby and Kel from Carolina climate control just came out and serviced my AC and filter and fixed a fuse that had blown and omg these people are amazing and I cannot say enough good! They made recommendations inside my home that I weren't aware of like replacing my wooden vent covers with metal ones to allow more air flow and etc. They had me fixed within 20 minutes of being here and did an amazing job!
I've been very satisfied with Carolina Climate, I opted into the annual maintenance plan and the office actually reaches out to schedule the preventative maintenance - and they were able to get me in the day after their first call. We have had some issues with our brand new system, and although repairs can be pricey, they work with you to diagnose and do what's best. We recently had a new return vent put in, and Colby worked over the better part of a day, running out to get supplies and custom build a duct to make sure it was installed correctly and taken care of before the day was done. Highly recommend Colby and Carolina Climate Control.
