Carolina Climate Control is an amazing company. The technician who came to my house, Micah, was so professional, thorough, friendly, and well informed. He spent way more time working on my system and making sure everything was exactly right than anyone who has serviced the unit in the past, and he also took his time making sure I understood the issue and the solution. He showed me pictures and was patient answering every question I had. There are so many other companies out there with uninformed, under trained technicians and shady practices that are more interested in taking your money than taking care of you and your home. I am so glad I called CCC and I will never use another HVAC company! Plus their logo is so cute!
Had a great experience with this company! Had been a few years since I had my system maintenced, they were able to fit me in quickly and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He explained everything he had done and what all would needed to be done (even showed me pictures!) to get my system in tip top shape. With an older system, I was sure they would be trying to push me into purchasing a new one. That wasn't the case with these guys.

Josh, Ryan, and Ned did a phenomenal job with my new state of the art geothermal system. They also demolished and replaced the system and ductwork. In an age when you don't know who to trust, you can trust your property to taken care of by Carolina Climate Control.
