Mac came out for a consultation for gas piping. I could not have asked for a better serviceman. He was polite, considerate, and attended to our concerns with attention to detail. Not only was the price that he quoted reasonable, he also suggested ways that I could improve my piping concerns (in the living room as well as under the house). Because of Mac representing CCC so we'll, I will definitely go with them in the future.
I called Carolina Climate Control for one potential problem that soon turned into many unforseen problems. Even though this project turned sideways, Eric, Nick and crew went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues and completely the job quickly. I am very grateful for their hard work and diligence.
